The way that we work out our costings is very simple. We estimate
the length of time a project will take, and multiply this by an hourly
or daily rate - to get the total project costs.
In our experience its inevitable that some changes are required, but
when major changes are requested it may require a cost modification
during the project. This does not always mean an increase in your
costs, as some changes can actually decrease the work load and reduce
the cost.
Our daily and hourly rates vary depending on
the service required and the amount of work. These range from as little
as £200 per day. Where regular changes are required we can reduce
our normal rates to suit.
As a growing business we are confident that a price and payment structure
can be agreed to suit all parties.
For larger projects, we will look to include an initial sign-off fee
(approx. 25%*), followed by a completion fee when the project is complete
(approx. 25%*), then spread the remaining monies over 12 months. This
not only helps your cash flow, but ours aswell, and also ensures you
that we will not disappear that many other .coms.
